The people I worked with were very nice. However I don't know why I had to drive 7 hours to pick up a car. I have been told by numerous people they could have done a dealer exchange. It was so far to go and I didn't pay attention to how the car works because I had to hurry to get home.

I Purchased/ordered hard bed cover thru the parts department. Service department them installed bedcover. I was told it could take up to 4 hrs. Took less time. Only about an hr. I'm very pleased on how it looks on my truck!!! Thank you!!!
Spent over 14,000 dollars on my 2013 Verano and got it back with a dead battery. Had to take it to another mechanic who found the alternator failing. Spent more money on fixing the alternator and all connections to the new battery that I had to buy.

Used to love coming here, Jason in the service department was wonderful, exceptional service. If you want good service go anywhere else. I brought my car in for an oil change they tore my car apart without giving warning of the time it would be apart. Now 5 days later they can't even provide me with a car that will seat my children safely. They are unable to provide an estimate for my car to be ready because they don't have a mechanic available to put it together.

I bought a 2017 GMC Sierra from here on 10/24. I had to drive to Missouri for emergency family reasons on 11/21 and the truck left me stranded in the middle of nowhere in South Dakota. I had to tow my truck to the nearest dealer, and also spend $1,000 to get a U-haul, just to finish my travel. I love Dwayne Lanes. Have had several friends and relatives buy cars there and I just got a new SUV there. Not dilly dallying around, got to a price fast and fair, paper work took just a short time and I got exactly what I wanted. Have been doing services there for years and won't go anywhere else.

Had a great experience with the service department. Our car had a part failure right down the street. We were able to limp our car there. They got it fixed and kept us updated all along the way. We will keep them in mind for service even though they are out of the way for us.

spencer armijo sold a 2014 jeep to us with a broken glow plug. They had us sine a waver saying we new . The next morning we have check engine lamps, the remove start doesn't work, the cruse doesn't work there's a flashing throttle lamp, and a message exhaust filter full . After taking it to the jeep dealer they told us it has a glow plug broken off in the head cyl #6 and it could be up to 8000.00 dollars to fix it!!!!! In November, I put down a deposit on a Bolt EUV and was told that It would not be available until spring. I was not told that this dealership had only sold a few Chevy Bolts so it got a very low allocation. In June, I was told that Chevrolet was stopping the production of Bolts and I might not get one. I have now canceled my order and have been waiting for 2 weeks for my deposit to be refunded with no response from the dealership.
