He took time to sit with me and discuss multiple options and wasn't your typical salesperson. I really appreciated how he worked with me. Unfortunately, I purchased a new car somewhere else only because they do not carry that specific new car brand. If I had my choice I would have loved to have purchased from him. I arrived on 10/27 around 0800 in desperate need of a headlight replacement, and talked with the gentlemen on duty. They informed me that it would be a a few hours but gave me a card with instructions to call in a few hours and they would see what they could do. I ran errands and called around 1100. Jason Lerien told me there were 2 oil changes ahead and that it would be 45 min. to an hour. I showed up at 1135 (a little early). I was told be the other gentlemen that it would be hours. I stated that I had just talked to someone not even 30 min. ago that instructed me to show up. Being a nurse, I respect their time and understand the impact of being short-staffed. I was going to leave and try my luck somewhere else, when Jason came out to me and stated that he would take care of my truck. I was very grateful to Jason and the staff on duty! They were so swamped. I will definitely be a returning customer and share my great experiences with all that I know. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!!!!

No question in my mind Dwayne Lane Arlington Chevrolet deserves 5 stars. This was my first time buying a car and i could not have asked for a better experience. From the time I first contacted Dwayne Lane with interest in buying a car, to having a routine pre-road trip inspection, the service and care has blown me away. The salesmen were very welcoming, courteous, and informative. As a first time car buyer, I didn't know all of the specific questions to ask and the salesmen were very open and forthcoming about offering answers to common questions that I didn't think to ask. Then, for financing, I did my own research and came in with a plan to use the best lender I found. But Jake, the finance manager, was able to find me a much better rate, even better then NFCU. I am now planning on moving to CA and wanted to get my car checked before the long road trip. Their service has been absolutely AMAZING. Very courteous and thorough. I have full faith in the work they're doing and am disappointed I wont be in the area to have them service my car in the future. If this is your first, or last, time buying a car, go to Dwayne Lane!
Before retirement, one of my jobs was working in advertising & Customer Service ... so I confess I'm a 'jaded person' when it comes to sales. What an incredible experience! Our Rep Riley Neumann was INCREDIBLE. DAYS of graciously answering our million questions online, in text & on the phone (we were calling from Canada). ~ What totally sold us on this dealership was Riley's Colour Board of Fame ... pictures that customer kids had done for him. With a display like that in a business ... the company had to have a heart, & Riley proved it. The car we bought spoke for itself ... Dwayne Lanes totally restored my faith in mankind & proved that not all car dealerships are the same. Ask for Riley, purchase with confidence.

I want to say Tom W. did a great job accommodating to get my truck in for service in a emergency situation. Had a coil pack fail on the #4 cylinder which rendered the truck non operational. He told me they were about a week out for service but would do whatever he could to try to get it done. To my surprise he was able to get my truck back to me the same day! Awesome Job!
