A great big thank you to Cliff and the service staff at Dwayne Lanes Chevrolet in Arlington, when I had problems with my 2004 Chevrolet Silverado truck their response was "We'll Take Care of You." Being skeptical as I am and after two weeks of checking around, I found that Cliff and his staff were eager to earn and keep my business and boy did they! Real customer service comes into play when there is a problem. I really can't remember being so well taken care of and I am still so thankful.
